The room is basically an apartment: it has a kitchen, complete bathroom, bedroom, dining room, TV room. Great quality for money (unless they charge you a cleaning fee that is even higher than the rent itself).
The apartment has a lot of supplies that makes you believe you are subletting someone else's apartment (couch-surfing).
