  From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. It is not too much nor too little.It is amazing to know that we were taken care in every little way andstill feel it when we think back.

  We had a lovely large triple room, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, warm and comfy, lovely large bathroom, great breakfast, within easy walking distance of the centre of Salzburg and 2 minutes to the train station, unassuming and friendly multi-lingual staff, fast checkout. Even the kitchen staff was great. The breakfast was good (but get there early to get a taste of everything). The room was very nice and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel.

  the hotel, the food, the location, the reception staff - everything was excellent and very new. The room looked just like on the internet page and it was very bright. Even the billing was available in German and in English! I absolutely loved this place. - It was great!
