  Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

  I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The first time was in August and now at the beginning of March.   Frau Laabmayr was kind, accommodating and thoughtful. She gave us a beautiful, homemade Easter cake. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The balconies had beautiful views. All of the little things were provided that we sometimes are expected to supply ourselves (such as dishwasher tablets, dish soap, towels, tp, hand soap). You will feel you are in your original house. - It is close to many lakes and activities. - I totally recommend it for all. I will stay on it other time.
