  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too. I'd be willing to guess that they know French and Italian and Spanish, too, but it would only be a guess. There was a problem with our reservation, but the receptionist was very dilligent and kind, so we ended up with un upgraded room, which amounts to our very positive impressions. (And we could have it until noon) We loved to stay there.
