  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Champagne buffet breakfast was outstanding -- lots of choices, and food was of good quality. The landlord is extremely helpful and speaks excellent English for those of us whose German is substandard.   The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss.
