  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. Very Helpful.   The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.
