Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.
