  Erinomainen sijainti, metroasemia kaksi ihan vieressä joissa kulki erilinjat. Haittaa ei ollut siitäkään että, "Keskusta" oli ihan nurkantakana siitä huolimatta rauhallinen paikka.   Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia??   We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-) The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. - Staff is amazing - one of the most pleasant people I met.   Firstly excellent location - Walk able distance to all key visitor sites in Vienna Hotel itself is different starting from reception area to rooms. A good new and different feel to the place. Room was great with a vivid art work on the bedside wall of a circus :) something different than normal. Each room was themed around a circus character and our room featured the Ringmaster. It had a hand painted scene with this person the whole length of the wall behind the bed. Together with the quirky furniture which included some of his equipment too, not to forget the full length picture windows looking over the Museum District, the room couldn't be bettered!!

Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.   helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.
