  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. Very Helpful. We enjoyed our time here. - The location of the apartment is excellent.The care taker(Lucas) is one of the best people I met there,he is so helpful,he will go steps out of his way to help the guests.

  Very good location - next to the U/S-Bahn stations. In 10 min you are next to the big attraction - the Wheel - symbol of Vienna. If you travel by bus from Student Agency it stops almost next to the hotel. In general everything was ok.   I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees....
