  The apartment was awesome, very cosy for 3 people. It is very clean and comfortable. I have OCD, this apartment is really neat! Ms Andessner was a very thoughtful host. We arrived late that night and she bought us water, bread and butter etc. Our stay in Salzburg was made even more memorable by the apartment. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night. Comfort, amenities, location, and most of all, staff, were superb. we would recommend this unhesitatingly and enthusiastically to anyone. On the day of our departure, the elevator was briefly out of order and the staff carried our very heavy bags down six flights on their own initiative. - It's the second time we stay at the elefant and i don't see any reason to look for another hotel in Salzburg anytime soon.Excellent location,big beautiful rooms,very good restaurant and the nicest front desk staff i've ever met (IRIS rules!!!)
