Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.   I travelled with my wife and we needed a comfortable appartment with a kitchen in a quiet place not far from the city center and with good transport infrastructure. Holiday Vienna Appartment at Enekelstrasse 7 met all our requirements. Moreover, the appartment was clean, well-furnished and cosy.   We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.
