Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.   I travelled with my wife and we needed a comfortable appartment with a kitchen in a quiet place not far from the city center and with good transport infrastructure. Holiday Vienna Appartment at Enekelstrasse 7 met all our requirements. Moreover, the appartment was clean, well-furnished and cosy.
