  Everything was great, just the location is a bit far from Kitzbuhel itself - around 3 km from Kitzbuhel with no opton to walk to the village. At the same time it is just a 2 min drive from one of the biggest ski area - Kirchberg. So in case you need to be close to the ski slopes, it's great.   The area which the house was situated in was great. It only took around 5-10 minutes to walk into town, and we were close to the lake as well as lots of hiking trails. The house itself, with helpful hosts, was a lovely old house with real Tyrolean charm.   From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and this set the standard for the entire two weeks we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who were beyond kind, helpful and generous and they certainly enhanced our holiday.
