  Loved everything. Wish we were still there. The apartment was beautifully decorated. perhaps, not so much the bedroom, which did not have much storage space. The restaurant was lovely and the staff friendly. Thanks for a wonderful 5 days. - Well equipped, new, spacious, clean and comfortable.   This is my third time in this hotel and it will never be the last. Very amazing hotel and its obvious from the rating (9.7 from 312 reviewers).In my opinion this is unfair, this hotel should get 10 simply because this hotel deserve to get 100 not even 10; very clean, near to the attractions, advanced technology are used, free mini bar, nice view f... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rom the balconies (river side), nice facilities (not in the hotel however you can get free access from the hotel to the Kaprun Spa (very nice place an - This has got to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the price belies the facilities they offer. Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way. Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

We arrived at midnight because of traffic jam but there was no problem to wake up a hotel manager, who told us everything what we wanted to know. Breakfast was fantastic- juices, tea, coffe (Latte for us) milk, cereals (a lot of) jogurts, ham, eggs ...a lot of kind of rolls and bread...maybe they buy up some bakery).
