The breakfast room was lovely and the selection of food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All staff people were friendly, speeking in several languages, helpful in every queation like booking tours, asking weather forcast, maps, places to visit, taxi booking and so on and so on.   Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. They looked after our luggage prior to our flight home. It was good value, quite basic but comfortable accommodation which served a purpose. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

  The apartment was awesome, very cosy for 3 people. It is very clean and comfortable. I have OCD, this apartment is really neat! Ms Andessner was a very thoughtful host. We arrived late that night and she bought us water, bread and butter etc. Our stay in Salzburg was made even more memorable by the apartment.
