Very helpful and personalized service. We stayed there because of proximity to the airport as we had to catch a 7:25 am flight. They opened breakfast early at 5:45 am to accommodate us. They also made perfect arrangements for a special car to the airport. They did everything possible to make the trip as painless as possible. In addition, the hotel is spotlessly clean and great value for the money. There is also a very friendly, tasty and good value restaurant next door.

We stayed in a family room for 1 night due to our early morning flight.
This hotel was ok for that purpose. The shuttle bus to the airport was a
perfect option. We paid eur 18 for all 4 of us. Alternative would be to
walk 10 minutes to the station and take s7 for eur 7 in total. So it was
worth to pay a bit more for the comfort.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to the U-bahn orange line (U3). The staff was wonderful -- very helpful. The room was clean and efficient -- internet was very fast -- what a nice plus in a hotel of this size and price range. And the breakfast (included) was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. There was a nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet and adequate seating for guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.
