Room was large. Beds comfortable. Water nice and hot. Room warmed up well. Friendly staff. Motel was welcoming of pets kept in trailer - certainly pet friendly! This should be stated in description. Lovely area for walkies. Plenty of room to park car with trailer. Very quiet overnight. The staff were friendly and super helpful, despite unexpected renovations they went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. I couldn't complement their professionalism or concern highly enough !!!!.

The place was clean and easily accessible from the main road. Service was prompt. Good for a one night stay on your travels to Sydney or anywhere else. Convenient and close to town. Ease of booking. Shower is nice and big. Price. Comfortable bed. Warm room. There was an overnight leak in the bathroom which caused a small freezing lake to appear halfway across the floor. Not nice to tread in during the night! Shower curtain not long enough so had to be careful showering. Musty smell, may have been from leak. Large step from bathroom to main room had to be watched carefully - perhaps some hazard tape on it? No restaurant as renovations happening, but staff directed us to several good places to eat. Nothing. Very small bathroom. A bit too far out of town. (Not walking distance ). Nothing to complain. First stay rubbish left in bins when we arrived shower dirty but we cleaned it and we're happy with the stay. Nothing in particular. Nothing really. Bed was uncomfortable Sunk in middle but that is just a small gripe. N/A. In the 2 bedroom apartment I would have liked a door between the bedrooms. Now in need of some room maintenance. Nothing....all was good. Wif Pay TV did not. Work. Hotel WiFi was not working. VERY Slippery shower (bath). some renovation work was being done next to our room which made it a bit untidy outside. Rooms are small with little hanging space. Not enough clothes hanging space No bench space for suitcases had to leave on the floor. It was suppose to have wifi but it was not working in our block. Even after asking it was not explained how to get the movie channels so we went without that as well. Rooms were old. Tending to be a bit rundown. toilet seat was not clean. tiles had drip lines (were not wiped). bedside tables had ring mark.It just didn't feel clean. leaf and rubbish build up outside our door. Not as clean as it could be. Grout in bathroom disgusting. Needs a makeover. Noisy air con/ heating.
