The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool/spa was just bliss to use at the end of a tiring day up the mountains! The Harvest restaurant served quality food and had a lovely atmosphere, again with great staff. Whilst the Gazebo restaurant was perfect for breakfast and very well managed. The overall surroundings were beautiful and a pleasure to walk around. We stayed 2 nights and our room was sufficient and served the purpose. the grounds and facilities are beautiful and relaxing. Food at the restaurant was fantastic though just a bit pricey. Bar was excellent; service impeccable - staff very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Loved the Harvest Restaurant our meal was superb. Beautifully presented and cooked. The surrounding gardens were beautiful and very tranquil. The buffet breakfast was great, but good value if you prebooked ($20) but $28 if you just turned up. Grounds beautifull, lots little spots to sit secluded. Room and grounds fantastic - best accommodation in Windsor. Very close to town but felt miles away. Brilliant. Friendly attentive staff. From the moment I entered the grounds was very very impressed. Staff extremely friendly & courteous . Breakfast awesome. The staff were very helpful and the location was so easy to find with plenty of options in and around the Sebel resort. Fantastic stay. Friendly staff. Great rooms and facilities. The photos on the website do not do the Sebel justice. Loved the staff, location and the spa - world class service, Harvest food was spectacular. Nice relaxing place with a country feel to it. The hotel is in lovely surroundings, it is very peaceful. The staff were friendly. I asked and emailed earlier for a half hour early check in as I flew in for Adelaide and I convinced two other couples to stay there due too location. I didn't get into my room until 2:15pm simply not good enough. My room key card also didnt open my door later on. Not a good experience due to poor mismanagement. Next time id rather stay in a caravan park. I normally go on holidays quite regalary and I'm a big spending wealthy 28 yr old that never normally complains. The grounds. Although there was a fridge in the room there was no water or drinks - had to go to the bar to get these. We stayed in a Barracks room which was very small, but comfortable. The bar could do with more tables and the menu with more choice for vegetarians, but staff were happy to alter the dishes to suit when asked. Check in time of 2pm cuts into time spent at the resort - there was a lot of inflexibility regarding this. Brekky in the Gazebo was a bit naf - the buffet was a little too typical of English Breakfast and "all you can eat". The standard room was perhaps a little small especially the ensuite. You wouldn't have wanted to be a very large person using it. A fire alarm went off late at night waking everyone up. I guess this is out of anyone's control but an "all clear" would have helped us get back to sleep!. Bathroom very small and cramped in the barracks rooms. Nothing - everything was great. Poor phone reception in room. Free WiFi was very slow at times. Bed very firm, noise inter rooms was quite prominent but you can't change that. Booked room with bath, first room offered only shower, moved to room with bath but was extra charge that staff waived on checkout as could show screen grab from your page that described room with bath. standard of the food in the bar was disappointing - very basic. Breakfast food wasn't hot and staff not very friendly. We spent one night in room 68 which was lovely. The second night was spent in room 51 which was 40 dollars more expensive. It was smelly, there was no Internet reception. In fact it was the opposite of the first nights experience. Pity really. Nothing really. The jacuzzi was cold and full of bugs and the pool was very dirty and things floating all through. Also the sauna was off when we went in so had to wait 15mins in the cold whilst it heated up. Breakfast was a great selection but the chef burnt my eggs!!. The breakfast wasn't the best & very expensive. Being 'forced' to pay $20 for breakfast. No other option nearby. Awful pillows. A bit pricey. Room service prices are very high. There was only ONE staff member per shift i ever saw working. checking in and out each single member told me that there was a lot of "sickies" pulled. As it was easter there should have been more staff... nothing to dislike. I don't like the fact that they have a bottom sheet but no top sheet just a doona which is too hot for this time of year but it is too cool to sleep without a sheet. room bordered road and residence opposite. Some traffic noise. Being charged $20 for a buffet breakfast for a 14 month old baby when he had 3 pieces of watermelon... Atrocious!. The drunks coming back to the barracks at around 1:30 am (wedding guests staying at the resort). Trying all doors yelling, swearing, and carrying on. This went on for around 45 minutes. lack of parking (especially when there is a wedding) & parking to far away from the room. scratchy towels very confusing hotel layout mould in shower weather was too wet to take a tour of grounds. The sauna was not switched on and not available for use. Being asked to pay for using a credit card to pay the bill. Woops look at last section. The smell mould in our bedroom.
