It is 10 minutes' drive from Logans Beach, where you can see whales and their calves between late May and early October. All air-conditioned rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, TV and DVD player. Each room features modern décor, and most rooms also feature a kitchen and stunning ocean and river views. Guests can have a meal in the BBQ area, workout in the fitness centre or enjoy a relaxing massage at Endota Day Spa. The tour desk can book whale watching cruises and trips to the Twelve Apostles. A games room is also available. The restaurant offers a varied menu based on local produce, including award-winning wines and cheeses. There are also a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Warrnambool Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

A very generous room with well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable and great value for money. Terrific location and views over the water (especially from upper levels). Staff most helpful. Restaurant served excellent food (dinner and breakfast). Salt water pool an extra bonus. Highly recommended. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are the bar were very reasonable. Our apartment was spacious and the view was lovely! We were very happy that we were allowed a late checkout even thought my husband requested it at the last minute.

Coffee from restaurant was delicious in the morning while we were cooking breakfast in apartment. Staff great. Wonderful position. The location was lovely. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation was 1st class, clean and comfortable. Our stay was such a positive experience we plan on going back. * Meals were excellent. * Quiet location handy to beach/river/parks/walks and shops. * What contact was had with staff was positive. * We enjoyed our stay and loved Warrnambool. It was very nice and a lot more than I expected. The free wifi was great and for a holiday traveller with a business back home to check on it was a big help and had good speed. Staff were wonderful and interested in helping us enjoy our stay. The restaurant was a hidden gem. Worth eating there!. Person on greetings desk let us drop food up to the fridge before the 2.00 enter time; also happily rang us a taxi. the location was great. staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was beautiful and lovely views. Comfort level, modern design rooms, cleanliness,. Spa bath was a little cramped (but only a minor gripe). Shame the restaurant faces the car park (but again, only minor issue). We wanted a room with 2 twin beds and the room was not ready, even though we did not check in til 6pm. Bed was not made so sheets stayed tucked in and bottom one slipped. * Disappointed that for the price paid there is no room service under a seven day stay. However, I acknowledge that requests can be made to Reception. * Atmosphere lacked character, impression being of money-priority not care of customers. * Rooms, were a bit bland. In our Apartment, reliance was on air-conditioning, no windows to open, only doors. Lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs!. There wasn't that muh not to like. The wall mounted tv was only 15" how petty is that gripe?. Would be more budget friendly to include breakfast in the price. Bedding had to be separated into two single beds after we arrived although my booking requested this arrangement. Staying 4 nights i would have expected some fresh towels, and the lounge furniture needs to be re upholstered as the chairs were very dirty and badly stained. Was kept up most of the night by loud music and noise coming from another room or outside the hotel. This put a negative on our visit as we proabably would have booked here again when we come back. Noise traveled from above rooms. Apartment 1 is right on a busy pathway so no privacy and noisy from skateboarders passing. Wifi does not pick up in this room so you have to go to reception. I have found that letsbookhotel.com customers get the worst room available. The pool photos are decieving. We didn't stay long enough!. The apartment only had heating downstairs and the heat didn't rise to upstairs. After speaking to the staff in case I hadn't noticed heating upstairs they provided little blower heaters for the bedrooms. Bathroom was freezing!. Bedroom blinds meant the room was much too light from early in the morning. We were staying without our kids so were hoping for a sleep in! We were next to the restaurant and were woken to tables being dragged around at 4:50 in the morning on the Saturday. Initial ground floor apartment allocated was located on corner of building near roundabout, but was allocated another quieter one after complaining. The Resort is on the access road to the old harbour and is used by local boy racers, so vehicle noise is an issue. Its located well away from town centre. Spa too small, no view from spa. Location, if you are driving, is great. The only complaint is the bed, which was soft to the point of no support. We actually moved into the living area and slept on the foldout sofa cusions on the floor. We cannot comment on other facilities, as we didn't use them. would appreciate special deals really enjoyed the stay. Nothing's it was all fantastic. only bars of soap were supplied, would have liked shower gel for spa/shower. Fly screen door rattled. Nothing. there were few flies trapped. Reception telephone unattended after 9pm. Made several unattended calls. We had a unit with a full kitchen, oven and microwave etc, but we were unable to use them, as there were no baking dishes or microwave ware provided, only saucepans for hotplate top,so we were very disappointed with this, as we had planned for some home cooking!. Nothing. Would have liked to have the option to have meals delivered to room, given there is restaurant. Although the room are spacious and well presented, the sinks in the bathroom area suck. They are not positioned in a way for accessibility & functionality. Lift. The only thing was, didn't get fresh towels. Other than that, nothing wrong!!. I slept in the bed in the upstairs appt. Mattress too firm. i know this is a bit picky but there is nothing worse than getting to a hotel room and the tv is the same size as your laptop lol but other than that it was a pleasant stay. We were in apartment 1. It is positioned on a main road corner and not only did you have traffic noise you also had street lights and people walking right along the bedroom talking, on scooters/bikes. I would request a room next time that is in a quiter place within the resort. Also, the breakfast was very average. buffet food was old and juices, hot water for tea and coffee was not filled or refilled within the whole hour we were there nor were any staff around to ask. No microwave. No small table to eat on . Lamp table in corner does not serve any purpose . Very windy. Filthy windows which I had to ask to be cleaned. Something which should have been checked prior to a guests arrival. Front desk staff with little care and what ever attitude. ( young blonde haired girl ). the tv screen was about 10 inches, ridiculous...! my eyes are still hurting from straining to watch it. I found hair the Spa when I started to run it, so I initially had to give the Spa a clean to feel comfortable. I also noticed what appeared to be a blood smear on the wall as you walk into the bathroom on the left hand side. It felt like the room had been cleaned in a hurry. In my initial booking I requested some flowers for our anniversary, which would have been a nice touch. Overall it was ok, the spa is very small for two people and possibly the curtains could be darker. The advertised 12AUD breakfast is continental only, if you want full English you pay 18AUD just to add the hot section such as sausages, eggs and bacon. Selection is very limited to cereal, toast and some fruits. No meats or cheeses etc.
