The staff were amazing, friendly and couldn't do enough to help, bistro was lovely and the food wasn't expensive but beautifully presented and soooo yummy.
We liked the bed as was very comfortable. We love the access to and from the adjourning hotel. Room was everything we expected for the cost.

Very clean and comfortable with a back door to a courtyard /grassed area.
The staff were very helpful and rooms were nice and clean.

Roast of the day excellent.
The wifi connection didn't work as our room was too far away :(.
Doors need gap lining. Doors need security grill from street side. This will allow visitors to leave door open but locked for fresh air. Visitors were noisy.
Cold air coming under the doors. Blind/shutter at front door did not wind up.
Lumpy pillows and no dishcloth to wipe out cups after having a coffee.
My booking was not confirmed with them, they had no recollection of my booking, luckerly there were rooms available.
The height of the shower, was only good if you are short.
The noise of the other people staying after midnight.
Booked the incorrect day, room door hard to close and damaged (someone tried to kick it), tv wires hanging of the wall could have easily neatened up.
hot water took ages to come.
