Restaurant was amazing! Not at all what I was expecting in Wagga Wagga! We missed out on dinner the night of our son's march out as it is SO popular! but the Breakfasts and room service desserts just rubbed in what we missed out on!! the menu was divine! Reception staff were lovely too! The free laundry was much appreciated!. First impression was pleasing. Reception friendly. Room clean and what I expected for cost. Recently updated. Real milk a bonus. Bathroom well maintained with decent towels. It was really central to where I needed to go. Went to a function held downstairs (separate review), so super convenient.
kaikki arvostelut » Room was large and comfortable and clean,nice décor. Friendly staff at reception and in the bar, nothing was too much trouble and got a late checkout which was great. Continental brekkie was lovely, nice range of wines in the bar. Free upgrade to lovely room with an opening window to outside. Able to choose to have breakfast in restaurant or in the room. Comfy,friendly staff,close to everything. the staff was very friendly nothing was a bother .wi fi was really good .close to shops and restaurants. The Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Wonderful attitudes. Free laundry facilities and wi fi. It is in the centre of Wagga Wagga, therefore walking distance to most facilities. So close to the shops and restaurants. Right next door to the gym and pool. very friendly front office staff. nice place for breakfast on verandah. Position was perfect & a good room, comfy bed, good sized shower. The room was lovely, the staff friendly and the restaurant fabulous. Hotel was great, rooms just a bit smaller then expected. The location and staff were very friendly at the Hotel. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant and food was great, 5 star quality. the service was very friendly and hospitable. Everything except... what we didnt like. Breakfast was great. Location was good. Great friendly staff, great location. location frendly staff. The rooms were great!. Comfortable bed. The restaurant. Restaurant meals were lovely. Two negatives - my bed and pillows were rock hard; and the noise of guests coming and going was very noticeable, even during the day. I would stay there again, though. Lift is very small!. Upon arriving finding the room was small and dark, only one non opening window looking onto corridor. Claustrophobic. Restaurant not open for evening meal on the night we stayed. Its a bit scruffy around the edges. Room cleaning could have been better, old lollie wrapper was left on floor. Sunday morning breakfast not served until 7.30am although menu advertises 7am. Needed to leave early to get to Melbourne for flight to Hobart. Internal window onto the hallway made it feel strange at first. But not an issue for the price. no fresh air in inside rooms, had to use aircon which I prefer not using. Narrow bath room, hard to open & shut bathroom door quitely. Noise was a real problem, private function. & the noise of other people entering in the early hours up the stairwell woke us. Couldn't get into the restaurant for dinner at all. Limited parking. busy car park, but there are plenty of space on street side. the air condioner was very loud. The room had no outside window and it was horrid. Because we were only staying one night and we spent a lot of time out of the room we didnt ask to change but it made me feel claustrophobic. Lift stops at night and as a result we could hear people running or moving (what appeared to be) over our roof throughout the evening - walls must be very thin... Nothing. The parking. Small bath room, needs re designing. Poor noise insulation and uncomfortable bed.
