  Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs. We did enjoy this, it also provided an opportunity to socialise with other motel guests. Very nice touch. - The cleanliness, and the staff were so friendly!   They were nice the room was good and the food was good. We have always stayed at expensive hotels in Townsville, but we will stay at the colonial rose in future. - The service. Emma, you were brilliant! The food was top quality The room was soundproof.

Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.
