We stayed for 6 nights and the spaciousness of the apartment was ideal for that. Staff were obliging. Location was excellent for our purpose. Great view from the room over the squadron. This is the best Quest I've ever stayed at, much better than any in Melbourne. The studio was spacious with a nice balcony. The bathroom was a good size with modern fittings. Location and the availability of the restaurants within walking distance. Staff also did a great job and were very friendly and informative....well done thanks.

The apartments are very well located with lots of eateries in Palmer St and close proximity to entertainment. We liked the location and all the great restaurants in Palmer Street. Spa bath and lovely view of the marina. The private balcony. Staff allowed us to check in early which was great. Nothing really. Would not come back again. Close to restaurants. Location. Room not made up 1st day and not 'til after 4pm Saturday again not at weekend.( we read about the latter) Quite noisy because of the 'building type'. The pillows. Really, all Quest apartments have the worst pillows in the world. They're like rocks. Can't they at least get a couple of feather pillows for each apartment?. Staff Great Room nice location of this room Quite. It was quite noisy. The noises from other neighbouring apartments was quite annoying. Towels were a little tired but not an issue. Nothing - We Loved it!. Accomodation bit pricey for what you get. Have paid cheaper for similar accomodation. nothing. As we were there for a specific event which finished late evening, we would have liked the ability to have a pro rata price for early evening check out. Our only option available was to book and pay for another full nights accomodation which we chose not to do. Nothing. no water in fridge. the lack of parking spaces available is a little frustrating. Not as nice of a room as we thought for the price but i guess you pay for location! No tv in bedroom :(. Price $. TV too small and poor reception on certain channels. Cloths Dryer did not work. Lifts are slow. not enough parking. No free wi fi Its time all hotels in Australia started to provide this to their guests as is frequently done overseas. I thought that the hotel was understaffed as we were left waiting for an extended period of time due to only one staff member at reception. It also didn't have a movie channel to choose from nor did it have a mini bar and I thought that it was quite expensive overall. Room right on end closest to Palmer Street level 3. Pretty noisy. parking facilities-lack of available car space was very frustrating. No room service after staying 2 nights. The carpark-need more parks so customers don't have to park one block away. Electric gates didn't work. Bedroom was right next to a walk way which was not good and don't think about sleeping in, as if you have a partner or friend who wants to use the shower or toilet it goes right through to the bed room. The walls are there for privacy and that's it, not a noise barrier. The position of our room @ looking at the boat shed. The staff were not friendly [2 blond girls]. Old for what you pay Needs upgrade. Getting charged for staying and didn't even check in and stay there was no where near Townsville QLD. The additional fees for using mastercard then the addittional $50.00 up front for security deposit not refundable for 3 weeks never again.
