  We stayed one night on the way to Carnarvon Gorge NP. Were a bit concerned about possible noise from the tavern and the drive-in bottle shop, but on mentioning this were given a quiet room at the end. All the neighbours were roadworkers and business people - very nice and quiet. The night was very quiet. The rooms are very nice and modern.
