The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. From the first glimpse of the four poster bed, the wingbacked lounge chairs with cosy throws and antique fire place, I knew we had chosen well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is modern and well designed also very clean. The best part would have to be the bathroom as I have never stayed in a motel that has water pressure like this place. Will always stay here when visiting ballarat.
