Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.   Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
