  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

  Good Size room Basic but comfortable Pricing was OK Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . - Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

The room has cutlery and crockery and when we wanted more to have people to join us for lunch, our host was very obliging. The room was clean with modest furnishings. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. I had travelled to Port Campbell for the Stitch in Spring, which was located at the Life Saving Club on the 14th Sept.   We enjoyed the location. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great ocean view. Great place to sit out on the patio and look at the stars. The bedspread was very clean....I noticed a few bedspreads hanging on the clothes line. I appreciated that it was eco-friendly and the fresh laundry smell. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
