Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

The apartments seemed fairly new and so everything was in tip-top condition. Clean, simple lines, comfy bed. Good central location. Great little pool and BBQ areas.
