great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

Large clean rooms with good facilities. We had booked a few different room types as friends were joining us and the staff were very helpful and organised our multiple bookings efficiently. Seaview rooms are particularly good as they are quieter than the garden view rooms and are worth the extra cost. If we came back to Adelaide we'd definitely stay here again

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is well situation to the Clare township and wineries. My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection.
