Spacious clean light bathrooms and of course a massive balcony. - Everything, the location was great very central to the shops and eateries at Noosaville, and unit was nicely appointed and the swimming pool was great.

The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.   We were in the Jungle Walk Bungalow for 4 nights. The staff and facilities were excellent. We were there with our infant and found the resort to be very baby-friendly. We dined at the Ospreys restaurant every night and loved the food. The private beach offers an amazing view of the sunrise. The lodge is away from the bustle of city life but not to... mitä ihmiset sanovat » o far and they have a shuttle that can be arranged to take you into Port Douglas (or Cairns/airport) for a fee. I would certainly recommend Thala and - Nice room with a lovely veranda in the woods. The staff is very motivated and nice. The Restaurant was good and quiet on one night, but slow and loud (2 groups) the other. We were compensated for the late Arrival of the meal on the second night - were offered free drinks and free Dessert (which we didn't take) and lots of apologies.
