Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

The building and units themselves are designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. The accommodation is of a high standard and immaculately clean. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. The apartment was fantastic and very quiet. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

Do not stay anywhere else!!
This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. Would stay there again. -
