Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We definitely intend to return. -

Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

Our room was neat, clean and nicely furbished. The location was perfect to the beach which was peaceful, clean and flagged. The Staff were helpful and friendly ( Espically Jack, who was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful, a true asset to your business - he deserves a raise). I liked the size of the rooms but bed could be a king size for a couple, not much for free with the cost of the room only coffee, view was good I believe that in a casino doesn't matter how much the room cost should of had a free breakfast included
