  Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable. Bed sheets were also clean with good bedroom amenities including 2nd TV with Foxtel in 1st bedroom and ensuits in all bedrooms. The spacious of our apartment which was upgrade from a deluxe one bedroom to a two bedroom.   This was an amazing location - wonderful views of the river as it joins the sea. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Added bonus that they provide canoes for guests to use free of charge (with lifejackets etc). Also have DVDs and books you can borrow (free).
