  We were quite impressed with this B&B. First the view was quite nice, up and overlooking some nice landscape. Second we were nicely greeted by one of the owners and their friendly pets.   Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

  The staff were very friendly and helped as soon as they could when our Foxtel did not work. Ironed out the problem and gave us two bottles of wine for waiting for it to be fixed. The spa is lovely outside. Very clean unit with good views towards trees and hills. Close to walk to Main Beach. All you need is supplied in the kitchen...no dishwasher but not everyone chooses to cook on holidays. I would recommend this as - Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. The photos don't do it justice- it's a beautiful, tranquil place to relax despite being located just round the corner from the main street. The caretakers were very friendly and more than welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and when we go back to Byron Bay we will definitely stay here!
