  Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room. They lent us there own personal DVD player to amuse our young son spoke to us a few times it was a pleasure staying there So close to everything. Highly recommend this place.   Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable.
