Unfortunately my wife and I only stayed one night with Rhonda and Claudio who were excellent hosts who ensured our stay was memorable and of high quality. Beautiful rooms, great dining room and choice of food and friendly atmosphere. Lovely quiet location on top of the hill. Would rate as 6 Star accommodation and recommend to all travellers staying in Bateman's Bay.

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and did all they could to ensure that the room configuration requested by one of our party when booking was met. Took a little longer than normal to register as a result and without prompting offered a hot breakfast to compensate for the delay. Very professional manager.
