We will definitely come back later this year.

  My wife and I spent two wonderful nights at Splinters while exploring the many wineries in the Hunter Valley. Their very comfortable and well appointed lodging is situated right in the middle of the many excellent boutique wineries in the area. She recommended and booked a restaurant for dinner (and lunch the next morning). The fireplace was already to go. There was cheese and crackers, brownies, breakfast supplies, wine, port, chocolates and a coffee machine all there included in the price. The place was beautiful and the outlook peaceful.

  Fantastic place to stay with such a gorgeous room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we wanted to stay forever. The vases of flowers were exquisite in our room and in the communal dining room. We were greeted upon arrival with homemade cookies by the owner. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March.
