So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities. I had a great time at Chatswood Inn. I can't say much about the room itself (it's OK but nothing special), but it was perfectly clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is quite close to Chatswood train station, which is about 15 minutes from the city center on a frequently served train line.

It was very off putting from the outside. A house that had been turned in to a "hotel."
It turned out to be very quite and comfortable.

The location is absolutely great but the wonderful and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude of the staff (management and housekeeping) was really refreshing.
