  Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. - We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

I asked the lady on night staff, if I could have a spare blanket as I found the room cold and she came up the stairs with me telling me she would get me a lovely warm fluffy blanket .   really good place for this price! we was lucky & the view from our window was exellent - Harbour Bridge & Opera House. we have come some hours before check-in but our room was ready. staff is very friendly, room & shower clean. great value for this money! - Its a good hotel near to all entertainment places.   Was caught up at the wharfs and they were close and easy to find and parking for a large vehicle and I thought it was good value for money and I had a pleasant stay - Very friendly management of the complex and willing to go out of their way for you. Definitely recommend the complex to friends as customer service is everything.

Ceiling fan if you were hot, ventilation in the bathroom if you turned on the light switch to start it, not too noisy and if that is a problem, don't stay at a hotel on a friday or saturday night, that is their entertainment time. I looked at a few places & was so annoyed they were all charging $80-$100 rather than the $50 TLH were offering. When i got to the TLH, staff were fantastic and helpful, showed me to my room and i was pleasantly surprised by how good the rooms were, much better than the more expensive ones i looked at. Enjoyed my stay :)

  I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse.   Excellent location for my purpose, being right next door toTweed Regional Aquatic Centre and lovely town centre of Murwillumbah, so I didn't need transport, felt secure and comfortable.   My partner and myself booked the shuttle bus for the following morning and accidently left our tickets in the room. We told the shuttle bus driver we just needed to grab a copy from the reception desk just inside. Rather than putting our bags into the bus whilst I ran inside the driver argued with my partner and said he "didnt have time for this" ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and drove away as I was running back out the front, leaving me and my partner there in need of transport to the airport. My partner and I went inside - My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded. From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing. The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers. The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

  The beds were extremely comfortable, and whilst the units were small they were well equipped with everything we required, it was quiet at night and only 5 minutes into town. - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. The heater heated the room. There was plenty of parking.
