We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.
The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids.
There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids.

I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and did all they could to ensure that the room configuration requested by one of our party when booking was met. Took a little longer than normal to register as a result and without prompting offered a hot breakfast to compensate for the delay. Very professional manager.

Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. With a small store around the corner, we were able to buy a bus pass of 10 tickets and that reduced the cab fare hugely. There are some nice little rest

Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed -
