  Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)

Enough coffee and tea. Lots of thick pillows. Fridge, kettle, etc. Big desk.
