.It takes 5 minutes by walking from shops and resturants.I won't be hesitate to recommend them to my freinds if they have a program to drive to Great Ocean Road.

It was the only accomodation in the Great Ocean Road that gave us free Wifi and self service free laundry with laundry powder thrown in.
Greg who met us when we arrived provided us with what we requested, ie hot plates for us to do some simple cooking.
The unit was clean and had everything we need.

The staff was very friendly and we had our free light breakfast every morning there. The locaton was centralise to the scenic views. Gibson steps, 12 Apostles and Lord Ard Gord comes before the motel. About 10-20 min drive. The Arch, London Bridge and Grotto comes after the motel. About 5-10 min drive. -

Great location, easy access to all resorts. The host is very helpful and friendly. I went there with with my in-laws and we got a family unit with two bed rooms, the room is not that big but definitely comfortable and quiet to sleep. Greg and Marge were excellent hosts and made us feel really welcome and at home. The `Foxes Retreat' bar was a great added bonus after a day of sightseeing! The housekeeping staff also did a great job and were very helpful and informative.

The suite had all the essential amenities and more. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was especially friendly and welcoming, even though we showed up late in the evening. There are new owners who run the property and you can tell they take care and pride in their place. The suites seemed recently painted. The grounds were lovely, filled with beautiful flowers. For the price, it was a great deal.

I arrived on the day prior, with the view to explore the area, and walk along the beach - both of which I had time to accomplish. Thank you.

Our room which accommodated 3 adults and 3 kids was very cozy. The dining and pantry was very useful for days we decided to eat in. It was a very cold Spring for us so i loved their heated beds! First time i used one! The Inn was nicely tucked at the corner of the town facing the beach. A lovely place we dont mind coming back to. -
