  Concierge service. Particularly a gentleman named Alain who was always so hospitable, friendly and went out of his way to ensure everything was great for our stay. Enjoyed the valet service. I forgot my wallet with all my money and cards in it and it was found be Concierge exactly where I thought I left it. Wonderful service and great staff that go out of their way to e - The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

  We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Perth Langley and would like to commend your staff. Most of all what was particularly outstanding was the impeccable service from the staff at SenSes Restaurant, wh - Room was very well presented, it is obviously a older building but has a homely feel to it. I will certainly be staying there again on my trips to Perth for business.

  Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The shower in our room was amazing. - I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.

  It was close to the show we went to watch. Beds were very comfortable. The extra facilites were very cool (swimming pool) - I wish I had time to use them We are considering coming up with some friends for a night out.
