The Welcome staffs hospitality was excellent. They made you feel at home and the service was 1st class. Breakfast was included in the price of the room which was good value. The evening menu had a selection of choices with a blackboard special and was well presented with a lovely atmosphere to devour your meal,which was excellent value. kaikki arvostelut » The hosts gave us a room with an additional room when they heard we had an older son with us. We really appreciated the extra privacy, the bath and the large room. We usually stay on the ski slopes but this was considerably cheaper and better. pretty much everything. the staff were friendly and helpful and cheerful. the food was home cooking at it's best with plenty to go around. the rooms were warm and comfy and it's an ideal location to get to the slopes. indoor games (table tennis, darts,pool, table soccer) , swimming pool and steam room which are available for guests to enjoy.Also liked Sponars' proximity to the skiing resort. friendly and professional staff members. The friendly service and attention to detail of the owners and staff is beyond compare, they are always accommodating, we will continue to to stay at Sponars each year for our annual ski holiday. Really friendly, enthusiastic, willing to assist - staff who seemed genuine in their interest in social intercourse with their clients without being too familiar. No mobile reception says our daughter. The thermostatically controlled heater meant that the room was cold at some times when we were in there. We were only in there because the snow wasn't so good. I can understand that it is better not to run heaters all the time. nothing at all. The room size was a little cramped. As I love my baths, especially after skiing, I would have liked a bath in the rooms. Liked it very much. It will be nice if there is a power point near the bench top area for the kettle to use. Rooms and bathrooms are a little small. Our stay was too short. It did not bother me but my husband would have quite liked a TV and fridge in our room. No fridge in room. No fridge or tv in room. Breakfast wasnt cooked. It was just cereal and toast. 1. the double room had just a small one bar heater and it was a cold room as it didnt heat up had to get another blanket from a family members room who was staying there to 2. no bar fridge or tv in room. 3. the pool wasnt hot enought to swim in and the kids game room was cold. staying away from the ski fields posed all kinds of problems especially in very poor weather conditions. also an in room tv would have been appreciated.
