Very close to city. Even closer to Botanical Gardens. Very cheap. Parking at the motel with extra security door from outside. Our room had a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave. There was also access to a kitchen if you wanted to do more serious cooking. The room had a fan and a heater. Laundry facilities. -

This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money. I will make an effort to get back to Hobart just to stay there again.

We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and we were upgraded due to an anniversary. The location is great, close to everything. parking convenient. Highly recommend staying here. I know I will again.

Very accommodating at check in. I was able to park my car there early, well before check in, which allowed me to roam without having to pay for expensive parking. Check in was available early but I just went to one of the many pubs on the waterfront instead. -
Onsite parking, lovely friendly and helpful reception staff (Sean and Chris), fabulous room with little courtyard, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fab facilities, great location, would definitely stay there again, absolutely loved it!!

Friendly Staff, Very comfortable king size bed, cheap mini bar, lovely outlook, clean, close to everything, amazing food in the restaurant, we ate there for breakfast & dinner. The food was yum & such great value & the staff were friendly & gave great service. The accommodation was very reasonably priced. They not only let us in, but after realizing the room we had booked was not cleaned, upgraded us to a better accommodation for no extra charge. Can't express enough how thankful we are. -
