Reception was very efficient and breakfast provisions dropped off in the room in the early evening.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, recently refurbished, modern and very comfortable. Amble shower toiletries were provided in the new bathroom.
Tea and coffee making facilities were plentiful and the owner brought fresh milk and left in the mini fridge.

My stay at the Seven Pines Motor Inn was fantastic. The owner John is so nice, he knew about the area and the history of Mildura which is great for visiting travellers. He even printed off a bus times table for us which was really nice. The Location of the motor in was perfect. Two min walk to the train station and to the shops. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit and would have no hesitation in recommending this place to stay at when you visit Mildura. 10/10 for me and more! T.
We thought this motel was excellent, great value for money and a comprehensive continental breakfast was included in the price. The whole motel has recently been completely renovated so the rooms were modern, very very clean. The bathroom was excellent with several mirrors. The queen size bed was very comfortable.
The owner was very welcoming and even brought the continental breakfast to our room whilst we were out sightseeing.
The motel is very close to the River Murray, the main shopping mall.
The presentation of the rooms, they were spotless. The management and staff went out their way to get information for us. The included breakfast was always delivered early with a smile. The position of the motel was perfect for walks in the parks and 2 minutes walk from the CBD and restaurants. We will stay again as we could leave the car and walk to most places.

From beginning to end a nice experience. Parking outside the door of the room to a pleasant lighting and ambience through to squeaky clean facilities. Modern bathroom and a feeling that everything is hygienic.

excellent staff picked us up from the airport and returned us back there when we left gave us great tips about the area .. the hotel itself was a credit to the owners really nice and fresh and close to most of the city thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definetely go back.
This is an old style motel that has been recently renovated. Although our room was smallish, it was really well appointed and great value for money so close to the river and town restaurants and shopping. It was terrific to see an old building updated so well. A great stay.
Newly fitted out with good quality fittings. Very clean and comfortable. Short walking distance to the Murray River and the excellent Mildura restaurant precinct. Breakfast and WiFi included in the tarriff. Very friendly and helpful management. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

The motel had been recently redecorated & was fresh & new looking, with everything we needed & a wonderfully comfortable bed. It was near the railway station for those who had arrived by train & also near to the centre of the city.
Friendly owner in a very clean comfortable motel. We stayed for 2 nights with our 9 year old granddaughter. The motel made an excellent base from which to explore the area. We had a suite with 2 rooms, both of which suited us very well.

From a room perspective while all rooms were recently refurbished, we found the shower drainage was not effective. However not a big issue for short stay. Also an iron was provided but no ironing board (once again not big issue but just helps to make your stay more enjoyable).
