We were on honeymoon, so were upgraded to a room with a large bathroom,
and got a free bottle of red wine. That was a great start to our stay at
the Rivercity Motel. Owners are very friendly and helpful: directions,
laundry, just perfect! The room was rather spacious and quite modern in
comparison to other motels we've stayed at. Very clean also, located
near supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Would come back anytime.

Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast supplied,
comfortable rooms, Hotel room well maintained and clean. Nice friendly
atmosphere. Provided us with a port-a-cot for our youngest without us
even needing to ask which was a nice touch...
We stayed here for 1 night on the way home from the Flinders Ranges. We found the room comfortable room and enjoyed the simple breakfast provided in the room. We also enjoyed walking along the Murray River (about 4 km from the motel) in the evening.
Great staff who offered advice on where to eat, and what to see. Made sure we had enough of the provided breakfasts, and offered to let us stay past checkout time to allow us to take a morning river cruise. good location and value.
Very clean, Perfect for anyone really. Staff very very friendly and sociable. Everything worked in the motel room including the heater which is important to us. Absolutely would we stay there again. Great Place.

The facilities were great for our family set up....2 adults and kids 6 and 9 years. It was somewhat squashed as were were initially booked to have a larger room. If we had have stayed longer the extra space would have been appreciated.
No microwave, heating not working though room was still nice and
comfortable on a cold night. Right next door to a supermarket which
opened at 6am which was a little noisy first thing in the morning.

Car parking a little cramped esp on a long weekend.Difficult to get in car when 4 wheel drive vehicles park either side. Temperature of shower can fluctuate considerably and can be dangerously hot.
In the midnight, cars ran near by and a little bit noisy.

The road noise was horrendous. The windows need to be double glazed.

The NOISE from the traffic!!!!!!! Although kids were so tired they thankfully fell asleep but my husband and I eventually got some "peace" early hours in the morning. This was the only major problem you have. Is there no way you could upgrade sound proofing???? We would not return due to this one factor!.
