  The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the location. It was a quiet location, close to the town centre. The elevation meant that there was a cool breeze. - The views from the room were fantastic. Value for money was enhanced by the cleanliness & courtesy of the staff.   all the facilities needed were there. It was very clean and plenty of room as we had another couple who needed the second bedroom - The price, the unit had everything that was needed, location was perfect, quiet but only a short walk to the town.

  Apartment was spacious and had a nice small garden area at the back with large table/chairs and umbrella. Pool really nice and needed as weather very hot. Would be suitable for a family stay as kitchen well fitted for own catering. Fifteen/twenty minute walk into town with plenty of shopping choices, coffee shops and restaurants. Nice cafe close by, parking and clean pool.Unit was comfortable with a nice courtyard. In summary VERY good value for money.

  I am a regular visitor to Merimbula because I like the Fish Pen locatin and weather in January. I chose the Black Dolphin resort because it offered all we required in accomodation, at a very fair rate. The appartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great view from the balcony and adequate parking.
