Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it. We would love to stay in one of the studios one day, but believe it would be just too expensive for us, but WOW they looked fantastic -

Our stay at Palms motel was very nice. The owners were nice as well as the cleaners. Its a very family friendly motel, with all the facilities u need as well as being good value for money. The kids loved the pool as well. We booked a triple room even though there were four of us and just said the 2 little ones could double up on the single bed but when we checked in to the motel they had put an extra bed in the room for us at no extra cost, that was very nice and appreciated :) We would most de

Great room with fridge so you can prepare your own meals if on a budget! Staff were fantastic, knowledgeable about the area, helped us plan where to go, which buses to get and even helped us with setting up an Australian mobile (this was our first stop of our year in Australia)... 5 star service couldn't have asked for better hosts! The location to airport, city access and beyond to the great outdoors was excellent. We liked the friendliness of the staff and management; It is close to a bus stop; buses ran at regular intervals; for any gripes one only had to ask; we went for a rest and had one; we recommend this place to be given serious conisideration for a relaxing holiday - it would also suit the get out and go set as well.

we stayed two nights at this hotel. we got a specious apartment with a spa bath. everything was spotlessly clean. well equipped kitchen, and a good a/c. there is even a secure guest parking. the staff was very ftiendly and extremely helpful. location is also very good. a walking distance to mitchell street but not too close to hear the noise. even the supermarket is around the corner. and price was just right to give a great value for money. absolutely recommended.

Nelson, my host, was incredibly helpful in all ways - printing out airline boarding pass and allowing late check out without charge.
I would recommend this place highly if you are not in need of frilly extras just a clean, friendly place to stay
