  Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The lounge area relaxing and lovely in every way. Our room was absolutely delightful, very generous size, loved the decor, the beds and pillows very comfortable, not a sound ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » disturbing our sleep, our paper was left at our door in a purpose made bag; music came on within minutes of us getting into the indoor swimming pool. - We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

The food and service was outstanding even with 3 large separate parties. - The setting, the area close to the open fire. The Buffet Breakfast. The cafe as a place to enjoy a coffee . An ideal location for exploring the Blue mountains. We were there when the forest fires were raging but everything was under control. There were many fire fighters staying at the hotel and loads of fire trucks parked around the streets so we felt quite safe. Added to the excitement really.
